As pointed out by my associate, Microsoft is offering a Virtual PC image for every modern version of Internet Explorer: IE6, IE7, IE8 (Beta 2) and IE7 for Windows Vista. This is basically a Windows image with the specified version of Internet Explorer, and it will hopefully help you test your website in all these browsers.
